About Mona Baur
Senior Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance)
Mona is a native Bavarian, from Southern Germany. She began practising Yoga after moving to London in her early twenties and has continued to study and practise yoga in the UK for the last thirty years.
Mona has been living at Redfield Community in Winslow for the last fifteen years and is deeply connected to communal living, growing food, sustainability, and sharing resources. Apart from Yoga she is passionate about arts & crafts, Ayurveda and making botanical yoga inspired skin care products.
In recent years Mona has enjoyed discovering & learning about Breath, Pranayama & Yoga Philosophy and is currently teaching the Yoga Philosophy Module on the Whitespace Yoga Studio Yoga Teacher Training Course.
Mona is further qualified to teach Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Backs, Pregnancy Yoga,Womens Health Yoga Therapy and Ayuryoga.

A combination of an energizing yang style flow practice and longer held meditative yin postures.
Hatha Flow Yoga

Energizing, slow flowing Yoga sequences linked by the breath to improve strength & flexibility.

A slower paced class with longer holds to develop alignment, strenght, flexibilty and
A gentle Yoga class with a nourishing, restorative element. This allows students to work at their own level, making it suitable for beginners as well as experienced students, who prefer a gentler style.
